The Growth Engine
The AI Growth Engine
The full-proof tech stack blueprint that turns any niche into a machine. One clear action at a time.
You don't just earnEarnLearn, then earn.
The whole idea
Most people drown in tools, tabs, and tutorials. This blueprint is the opposite: one stack, one path, one next action. Build it once for your own business, then clone it for any niche — accounting, fitness, real estate, med spas, whatever. The app always knows what's next. You just keep saying it and building it.
What you'll stand up
- A high-converting site you described instead of coded
- A live database capturing every lead (Supabase)
- Auto-deploy on every change (Vercel)
- A CRM that nurtures and follows up on autopilot (Go High Level)
- One-click booking that fills your calendar (Calendly)
- A repeatable sales + delivery call flow (Zoom)
- An AI teammate doing the heavy lifting (Claude CoWork)
- A plug-in niche playbook (starting with accounting / QuickBooks)
The stack at a glance
| Layer | Tool | Job |
|---|---|---|
| Build | Next.js + v0 | Describe pages, AI writes the code |
| AI teammate | Claude CoWork | Plans, builds, and edits with you |
| Data | Supabase | Store leads, users, and content |
| Deploy | Vercel | Push live in seconds, auto-scale |
| CRM | Go High Level | Pipelines, SMS/email, automations |
| Booking | Calendly | Self-serve scheduling into your calendar |
| Calls | Zoom | Run discovery, sales, and delivery |
The engine is niche-agnostic — but the engine only runs on a clear offer. Pick a niche you understand or want to serve, then write a one-sentence promise. We're starting with accounting, but the same steps clone to any vertical.
Name the offer in one line
NICHE: [e.g. Bookkeeping for trades businesses]
WHO: [e.g. plumbers & electricians doing $300k-$2M]
PROMISE: [e.g. "Books closed and taxes handled, every month, for a flat fee"]
PRICE: [e.g. $499/mo retainer]
PROOF: [testimonial, result, or guarantee]Use Claude CoWork to pressure-test the offer
“I'm building an AI growth engine for [NICHE]. My offer is [PROMISE] at [PRICE]. Act as a skeptical buyer in that niche. Poke holes in the offer, then rewrite it into 3 sharper versions with stronger hooks and a risk-reversal guarantee.”

This is the “Say it, Build it” core. Use v0 or Claude CoWork to generate a Next.js + Tailwind site from a description. You already have the full step-by-step in the Website Playbook — this is the short version for the engine.
The first build prompt
“Build a single-screen, mobile-first landing page in Next.js + Tailwind for [NICHE]. Headline: [PROMISE]. One primary CTA that says 'Book a free call'. Include a 3-step how-it-works, a proof section, and a sticky bottom CTA on mobile. Clean, premium, lots of whitespace, one accent color.”
Claude CoWork as your build partner
CoWork keeps the whole project in context, so you can say “now add a pricing section” or “make the hero match my brand color” and it edits the right files. Treat it like a developer sitting next to you — describe the outcome, review the diff, ship.

Pro tip
Build the site once as a template, then for each new niche just swap the headline, proof, and accent color. The structure never changes — only the words.
Every form, quiz, and email capture writes to Supabase so you own your data. It's your free, scalable Postgres database with auth built in.
Stand up the leads table
“Add Supabase to my Next.js app. Create a 'leads' table with columns: id, created_at, name, email, phone, niche, source, notes. Then build a server action that inserts a row when my contact form submits, with validation and error handling.”

Pro tip
Turn on Row Level Security from day one. Use the service role key only in server actions — never expose it to the browser.
Connect the repo to Vercel and every push goes live automatically. Preview URLs for every change, instant rollbacks, and a global CDN — all free to start.

Go High Level (GHL) is the engine room: pipelines, two-way SMS and email, missed-call text-back, and automations. Every Supabase lead flows into GHL so nothing slips through the cracks.
Pipe leads from your site into GHL
Use the GHL inbound webhook. When a lead is created in Supabase, POST it to GHL to create/update a contact and drop them into a pipeline stage that kicks off your follow-up automation.
Build the webhook bridge
“In my Next.js server action that saves a lead to Supabase, also send a POST request to my Go High Level inbound webhook with the lead's name, email, phone, and source. Read the GHL webhook URL from an env var and handle failures gracefully so a CRM error never blocks the lead from saving.”
The minimum viable automation

Pro tip
Speed-to-lead wins. Set the first text to fire within 60 seconds of opt-in — it can multiply your booking rate versus following up hours later.
Calendly turns every CTA into a booked call. Connect it to your calendar and your Zoom account so the meeting link is generated automatically on every booking.
Drop your booking link everywhere
Replace the placeholder below with your real Calendly link, then use it on the hero CTA, the thank-you page, and inside your GHL and email follow-ups.
Your Calendly link → calendly.com/your-handle/discoveryEmbed the booking widget
“Add a Calendly inline embed to my /book page in Next.js. Load the Calendly widget script, render the inline widget with my scheduling URL from an env var, and make it responsive on mobile. Add a fallback button link in case the script is blocked.”

Zoom is where the relationship and the revenue happen. Use a single recurring Personal Meeting Room for discovery calls so the link never changes, and let Calendly auto-generate unique links for booked sales calls.
Your standing Zoom room
Your Zoom link → zoom.us/j/your-personal-roomThe call flow
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Discovery (15 min) | Diagnose the problem, confirm fit |
| Pitch | Show the offer mapped to their problem |
| Close | Send GHL payment/contract link on the call |
| Delivery | Run onboarding + work sessions on Zoom |
Pro tip
Record calls (with permission) and feed the transcript to Claude CoWork to auto-draft the follow-up, the proposal, and the next action. Your calls become content and SOPs.

The stack is universal; the words are niche-specific. We've written the first one for accounting / QuickBooks. Open it, follow the offer, lead magnet, and automations, then clone the pattern for your next niche.
More niches coming: fitness, real estate, med spa, home services. Same engine, different words.
The engine compounds. Every won deal teaches you what to say next. Feed the wins back into the offer, the site copy, and the automations. Then run it again — for yourself, or for a client.
Learn the stack once. Earn from it for every niche after.
